These tips seem useless, as a mortgage broker I have never been asked these questions. If someone did ask I certainly have a list of clients who would be willing to share their experience, but even a bad mortgage broker can find some references, whether it be friends etc, so this seems like a pointless step in the process. That is my opinion coming from a mortgage professional.? I would recommend to get a friend or co-workers referral from someone who has used the mortgage broker before.
